Yarn

Our yarn production facility, located in Lüleburgaz - B. Karıştıran Organized Industrial Zone, started its production activities in March 2014 on an area of 110,000 m2, with 45,000 m2 of closed space, and continues its production activities.

Our yarn production machines are of globally renowned quality and preferred Rieter-Compact-K46, and our production continues under the brand YNS Compact Yarn, quickly establishing itself with high quality in the market. We primarily use Turkish-Aegean cotton (mainly Bergama-Menemen) in our factory, occasionally supplemented with high-quality Greek cotton.

We produce yarn ranging from Ne 20/1 to Ne 80/1. Effective controls are carried out for contamination problems both in the Spinning and Winding processes (Double Contamination Control), and measures have been taken to address contamination issues.

We only change lots twice a year, ensuring that our quality standard remains consistent for at least 6 months, minimizing wastage.
